A very thorough guide to the identification of foods that are safe to eat and exactly how to do so. The author covers testing unknown plants for toxicity as well. Towards the end of the book there is a collection of basic recipes and good ideas for combinations of ingredients.
My only criticism is that some of the pictures were a little difficult to see on my kindle.
Overall a very good book that delivers what it promises.
